Get Your Resy provides software that helps users queue and manage reservation attempts for participating restaurants listed on Resy. We do not operate restaurants, control inventory, or guarantee a booking outcome.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, your Resy credentials, and your prepaid credit balance. You agree not to use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
If a reservation is successfully booked through the service, Get Your Resy deducts 15 credits from your available prepaid balance. Failed booking attempts are not charged unless otherwise stated in the product. Credit packages and pricing are shown in the live app at the time of purchase.
Reservation availability depends on restaurant inventory, third-party platform behavior, timing, and network conditions. We do not warrant that any particular reservation will be secured.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present payment, platform, or abuse risk.
